8. Gently push the sub power supply into the specified slot of the AC power supply until the rear of
the sub power supply has close contact with the AC power frame backplane.
9. Push the handle upward so that the handle locks the sub power supply in place.

Replacing a card
Line processing units (LPUs) and main processing units (MPUs) for the S9500E switches are
hot-swappable. Replacement procedures for these types of cards are similar. This section describes how
to replace an MPU.
