Check the settings of the printer port.
For Windows 98 or Windows Me, select the Laser Printer 300
Series PCL6 printer icon in the Printers dialog, click Properties
in the File menu, and then click the Details tab in the Properties
dialog.
• If USB/001 (Laser Printer 300 Series) appears in the Print
to the following port box, the printer driver is correctly
installed. Perform a test print and check that printing can be
done correctly.
• If USB/001 (Laser Printer 300 Series) does not appear in
the Print to the following port box, select USB/001 (Laser
Printer 300 Series) from the drop-down list.
If USB/001 (Laser Printer 300 Series) does not appear in
the drop-down list, continue to CHECK 2.
