USB Connection Problems
For Windows 2000, select the Laser Printer 300 Series PCL6
printer icon in the Printers dialog, click Properties in the File
menu, and then click the Ports tab in the Properties dialog.
• If USB/001 Laser Printer 300 Series appears in the port list
and is checked, the printer driver is correctly installed. Per-
form a test print and check that printing can be done cor-
rectly.
• If USB/001 Laser Printer 300 Series is not checked, check
it.
If
USB/001 Laser Printer 300 Series does not appear in the
list, continue with CHECK 2.
