Checking Focus
To zoom in on the current focus area for precise
focus, press the center of the focus stick (focus
lever). Press up to two times more to zoom in
further and a fourth time to cancel zoom.

In focus mode l , zoom can be adjusted by rotating the rear com-
mand dial.

In focus mode l , select SINGLE POINT for AF MODE .
•
Focus zoom is not available in focus mode k or when G AF/MF
SETTING > PRE-AF is on.
•
Use D BUTTON/DIAL SETTING > FOCUS LEVER SETTING to
change the function performed by the center of the focus stick (focus
lever).
D BUTTON/DIAL SETTING > FUNCTION (Fn) SETTING can
also be used to assign focus zoom to other controls.
