Overland Storage REO 9000 with ProtectionPAC Software

Important:

Because each appliance (the primary REO Appliance and

each associated REO Appliance) has its own console, change the
default values for the iSCSI Target Name fields on the REO Device
Configuration page, and change the REO Name and REO Description
fields (the default is REO) under System Information on the System
Configuration page so that all names are unique.

Setting Up Additional REO Appliances in an FC
Topology

There are two options for adding additional REO Appliances to your FC
environment. You can attach each REO Appliance to its own set of ports
on an FC switch in a fabric or point-to-point topology. For a loop topology,
attach each REO Appliance to its own set of ports on an FC hub.

Change every iSCSI
Target Name, REO
Name, and REO
Description to use a
unique name.
