n1n2 = 00 - 23
The command adjust the characters space to the current characters pitch starting from the
current position.
If the n1n2 value is equal to 00, the character width is not change. If n1n2 > 23 the value
of n1n2 is set to 23.
It sets the characters width be (1+ n1n2/24)/(current CPI value) inch.

If the parameter COMPRESS : 17.1 has been selected in the setup, it sets 17.1
characters per inch starting from the current position.
If the parameter COMPRESS : 16.6 has been selected in the setup, it sets 16.6

Cancelled by DC2, which restores 10 cpi (Pica).
