During the transition of DGFC from the communication structure is configured:
l
DGFC copies parameters in the field of the respective slots.
l
DGFC requires the DRIVE to carry out the configuration of the communication structure.
l
The DRIVE analyses the parameter identifiers in the field and if it finds them in compliance with
each other, it writes the type of the required parameter in the TYPE field. The TYPE field will be used
during the communication to perform the automatic conversion of data.
If any parameter identifier does not comply with the others, the whole communication structure will be
disabled and the output port in RUN will contain value 0.
After performing the configuration of the communication structure and until DGFC does not move into the
RUN status , the value 0 will be written in the VALUE field.
When DGFC is in the RUN status, the value read by input ports
is copied in the VALUE field of the
corresponding communication structure. The VALUE field is copied periodically in the associated parameter
of the DRIVE, but in an asynchronous way compared to the regulation cycle.
The offset parameter is summed to parameters, this permits to refit the parameter identifiers.
