Reverting to Factory Settings

HMW90 series transmitters, including factory-customized transmitters,

can be reverted to their original shipping configuration using the DIP

switches or the service port.

Reverting the transmitter to factory settings clears all user configuration

that has been done using the service port. User-made humidity and

temperature adjustments are also cleared from the HTM10 module. The

factory calibration will remain.

Reverting to Factory Settings Using DIP

Switches

NOTE

Factory reset functionality using DIP switches is present in transmitters

with firmware version 1.0.3 or newer. The firmware version is visible on

the transmitter startup screen.

1.

Disconnect the transmitter cover from the mounting base.

2.

Make a note of the DIP switch positions before changing anything,

so you can restore the positions later.

3.

Analog output models: Set the DIP switches as shown in Figure 32

below: move all switches up.

Digital output models: Set the DIP switches in the leftmost DIP

switch bank as shown in Figure 33 on page 80. Do not move the

switches in the other bank.
