Pumping by flow rate
1 Change the mode to PUMP

Depending on the pump head
the flow rate can be displayed
as follows:
Microlitres:e.g. .70µ = 1.70 µl
Microlitres: e.g. 7.0µ = 17.0 µl
Microlitres: e.g. 0.70 = 170 µl
Millilitres: e.g. .70 = 1.7 ml
Millilitres: e.g. 7.0 = 17 ml
Millilitres: e.g. 70 = 170 ml
Millilitres: e.g. 999 = 999 ml
Litres:
e.g. .70L = 1.70 l
3 Start the pump with
RUN/STOP

The flow rate can be adjus-
ted whilst the pump is running.

During the pumping process
the following values can be
retrieved with the MODE key:
• Rotation speed (PUMP rpm)
• Totally delivered volume
(TOTAL)
4 Maintain pressure on the MAX/
MIN key whilst the pump is
running
k
Pump is running at max.
speed (ideal for fast filling or
emptying the system)
5 Maintain pressure on
MAX/MIN-key when pump is
idle (power switched on!)
k
pump is turning at 10 rpm
(for mounting the pump head)
Entering the the preset stroke
volume and the ID code of the
currently mounted pump head
allows the user to set the flow
rate in ml/min. This, however, is
an approximate value as not yet
calibrated.

vitesse de 10 t/min. (pour l’in-
stallation de la tête de pompe)
La saisie du volume de course
ou/et du code ID de la tête de
pompe utilisée permet en mode
»PUMP Flow rate« de travailler
déjà avec des débits approximatifs
mais pas encore calibrés.

Die Eingabe des eingestellten
Hubvolumens sowie des ID-Codes
des jeweilig benutzten Pumpen-
kopfes ermöglicht in der Betriebs-
art »Pump Flow rate« bereits mit
angenäherten, jedoch noch nicht
kalibrierten Fließraten zu arbeiten.
