Set Up the Hardware In both chassis the controller is in slot 0 and the 1756-ENET/B module
is in slot 1.
To work along with this example set up your system as shown above.
•
Note that in the example application, the Logix5550 controllers
and the 1756-ENET/B modules are in slots 0 and 1 in each
ControlLogix chassis, as shown.
•
Verify the IP addresses for the 1756-ENET/B modules.
•
Verify that all wiring and cabling is properly connected.
•
Make sure you have your communication drivers (e.g., TCP-1
and TCP-2) configured in RSLinx as described in Appendix C.
