2. Looking through the slot, you will see the SIM card slot with a
black locking lever to the left of it. Holding the SIM card level
with the locking lever, gently push the SIM card into the
exposed slot until it locks in place. The notched end should
be inserted first, with the gold contacts facing up (as shown in
the illustration).
IMPORTANT NOTE: You should feel slight resistance while
pushing the card into the slot. If you do not or you can freely
move the SIM from side to side by more than 1 mm, you have
missed the slot. You must remove the SIM and try again.
3. Using a small, flat screwdriver, slide the locking lever to the
right

as far as it will go.
