Communicating with a PC
The ADS Spider uses an intuitive, user-friendly, web-browser system.
You can use any standard browser on any computer to communicate
with the Spider. No special software is required.
Communicating with the Spider is involves using common Web
browser and website functionality. Information is displayed by clicking
links and buttons.
You can connect to a Spider either locally using an Ethernet
crossover cable or remotely through Web access (when using static
IP addressing). Once connected, operation is identical regardless of
connection. The only difference you may notice with a remote
connection is a slightly slower response.
