3.4 Revolution

®

Configuration

The Revolution configuration utility provides another method for configuring the 480 indicator. Revolution runs on
a personal computer to set configuration parameters for the indicator. When Revolution configuration is complete,
configuration data is downloaded to the indicator. Revolution supports both uploading and downloading of
indicator configuration data. This capability allows configuration data to be retrieved from one indicator, edited,
and then downloaded to another indicator with an identical hardware configuration. See Section 4.3 and
Section 5.0 for more information about using Revolution.

Displays raw A/D counts.

NWGMNT

TOTAL

The number of weighments that exceed value set in WGMNST.

OVECAP

The number of weighments that exceed the capacity of the scale as set in the config and
format menus.(See Table 3-7 and Table 3-8.)

WGMNST

Weighment ThresholdSets the weight threshold over which WGMNST/Over value will be
counted.

DIGIN

VIEW

Access to display status. Allows selection of each Digital Input and its current state, High or
Low.

If you cannot view the setting, that option is not installed.

DIGOUT

Access to each of the Digital Output and to manually set them individually to High or Low. HI
is active.

If you cannot view the setting, that option is not installed.

ALGOUT

Allows analog output to be manually set to certain output values for calibration and test of
external equipment

The analog output must NOT be in an error state as that will override these
settings.

DEFLT

Resets all parameters to factory defaults. At DEFLT, press GROSS/NET, indicator will display
SAVING and cycle power.
