9. PARTS INSTALLATION
9.1. Installing Diodes on the FS-7000GM's Circuit Board
Note
All installations described in this chapter should be performed by qualified professionals only.
Failure to follow this instruction could lead to improper or faulty installation and equipment malfunctions.
Prior to installation, confirm that the following parts have been included in the package:
Circuit board .................................................................................. 1

EH-SM 10P connector with 450mm cable (brown/white) .............. 5
Step 1. Confirm the group broadcast contents.
Determine which group selector keys are to correspond to which zones, then record this information
in the settings table (see p. 88, Settings Table).
Step 2. Solder the required parts to the circuit board according to the setting contents.
Note
Mount the parts on the circuit board surface as shown by the indicator markings and solder them from
the reverse side of the board.
2-1. Solder 7 EH10P posts to connectors CN101, CN202 and CN301 through CN305 (shown shaded in
the figure below).

Referring to the figure at right, solder each
post in the correct mounting direction.
