The Red and Green lights
are on at the same time.
The battery of the Dose
Badge is completely flat.
Wait for 30 minutes. The red
light should go off.
The Red light is on all the
time.
The Dose Badge is not
properly connected to the
Charger.
Screw the Dose Badge fully
on to the Charger.
Dose Badges are not fully
charged after 8 hours.
The power has been
interrupted during the charge
cycle.
Make sure that the power is
not interrupted during the
charge cycle.
