RIP configuration examples

By default, Ethernet, VLAN, and aggregate interfaces are down. Before configuring these interfaces,
bring them up by using the undo shutdown command.

, enable RIPv2 on all interfaces on Switch A and Switch B.

# Configure Switch B.

[SwitchB] rip

[SwitchB-rip-1] network 192.168.1.0

[SwitchB-rip-1] network 10.0.0.0

# Display the RIP routing table of Switch A.

Route Flags: R - RIP, T - TRIP

P - Permanent, A - Aging, S - Suppressed, G - Garbage-collect
