PSR650-A/PSR650-D
The PSR650-A and PSR650-D power modules each provides a red-green status LED.

LED Status Description
Power module LED
Green The power module is operating correctly.
Red
The power module is operating incorrectly because one of the following
conditions exists:
• The power module generates an alarm and enters the protection state
because of input under-voltage, output short-circuit, output over-current,
output over-voltage, or over temperature.
• A fan failure has occurred.
Off
A power input problem has occurred because one of the following
conditions exists:
• The power module is faulty or switched off.
• The power cord is disconnected.
• The external power supply is unavailable.
PSR650C-12A/PSR650C-12D/PSR1400-A
The PSR650C-12A, PSR650C-12D, and PSR1400-A power modules each provide three red-green status
LEDs.

INPUT
Green The power is input correctly.
Red
A power input problem has occurred because the input voltage is out of the
rated voltage range.
Off
No power is input because one of the following conditions exist:
• The power module is faulty.
• The power cord is disconnected.
• The external power supply is unavailable.
OUTPUT
Green The power is output correctly.
Red
A power output problem has occurred because one of the following
conditions exists:
• The power module generates an alarm and enters the protection state
because of input under-voltage, output short-circuit, output over-current,
output over-voltage, or over temperature.
• A fan failure has occurred.
Off
No power is output because one of the following conditions exist:
• The power module is faulty.
• The power cord is disconnected.
• The external power supply is unavailable.
