held/latched when one of the sources is interrupted.
Critical
Critical if lip-sync delay is beyond audio-lead and audio-lag
thresholds.

This can arise for either of two possible reasons:
• There is no fingerprint data available for analysis
(e.g. fingerprint presence error, comparison just started).
• The audio or video match level is too low for computing the
lip-sync (e.g. audio silence, low motion video, unlocked
audio/video)
