Remove the three screws at the bottom of the fan tray, then rotate the
top of the fan tray back on its hinges to expose the fan power distribution
board.

Lift off the plastic board shield, then remove the four screws that secure
the fan power distribution board to the bottom of the fan tray and lift
the board out of the tray.
