9. When you are finished, close the application and

log out of TSC.

Note:

It may take a few moments for the Terminal
Services session to log off when closing the
application.

Terminal Services Client

TSC is the tool used to manage disks and volumes on
your DataSafe NAS. TSC supports only two concurrent
connections. Additionally, if you navigate to another
page during an open session, the client will be
disconnected but the session will be preserved.

Disk Quotas

Disk quotas track and control disk space use for
volumes. You can configure the volumes on your
DataSafe NAS to:

Prevent further disk space use and log an event
when a user exceeds a specified disk space limit.

n

Log an event when a user exceeds a specified disk
space warning level.

When you enable disk quotas, you can set both
values: the disk quota limit and the disk quota
warning level. The disk quota limit specifies the
amount of disk space a user is allowed to use. The
warning level specifies the point at which a user is
nearing his or her quota limit. For example, you can
set a user's disk quota limit to 50 megabytes (MB),
and the disk quota warning level to 45 MB. In this
case, the user can store no more than 50 MB of files
on the volume. If the user stores more than 45 MB on
