Special user
qualifications
The following installation activities may only be performed by a
qualified electrician:
 Connection of the DIQ/S 182 XT-4-MOD or an additional MIQ power
supply module to the power supply.
 Connection of external, line voltage-carrying circuits to relay
contacts.
2.2 Authorized use
The authorized use of the System 182 XT-4 consists only of its use in
online analysis.

instructions in this component operating manual is authorized.
Any other use is considered to be unauthorized. Unauthorized use
invalidates any claims with regard to the guarantee.

in accordance with the relevant guidelines and norms for electronic
instruments (see chapter 10 T

measures and the special safety instructions in this operating manual
are followed during their use.

If components of the System 182 XT-4 are transported from a cold
environment into a warm environment, this can cause a malfunction
through the formation of condensation. In this case, wait for the
components to adjust to room temperature before recommissioning.
