Figure 37 Error codes

For each event there is a unique
identification code that consists of 4 digits.

Information
The system proceeds as normal with the measurement procedure. Relays and
output signals are not affected.

Warning
The system proceeds with the measurement procedure, however an event has
occurred that could impair the function of the system and that makes the
intervention of an operator necessary.
The reason for this warning may however disappear again by itself.
If the warning relays have been set, the warnings are shown in accordance with
the setup.

Error
The entire system or a part of the system is malfunctioning and the output
signal no longer works reliably. The faults can only be rectified by a technician.
If the error relays have been set, the errors are shown in accordance with the
setup.
The error list of the EVITA

®

OXY transmitter shows the 5 most recently

occurred errors that are still pending, and the event log shows the last
25 events, in other words data, warning- and error messages.
The error list of the USC signal converter can show up to 14 pending error- and
warning messages, whereby first the USC errors and then the errors of the
transmitter are shown.
With more than 14 errors the message "Additional errors cannot be viewed" is
shown on the display. The USC event log shows the last 9 events.
