Manual Bühler 2000/1029

Example:

• Program settings:

- Start time of first bottle:

00:00 h

- Bottle change:

2 hours

- Number of bottles:

12 bottles

If the function „Start time 1st bottle“ has been chosen and the program is e.g. started at 08.30 h (=
real time), the program flow is as follows:

1st step:

Distributor synchronizes to bottle No. 1.

2nd step:

By way of calculation the program start is effected in the past, at the time entered in
the menu (that is 00.00 h).
Thus the program is immediately in the desired 24-hour cycle.

3rd step:

Proceeding from the current time (08:30 h), the sampler now automatically
calculates the bottle/distributor position on which the sample extraction has to be
started in reality in order to ensure the bottle change to bottle No. 1 at 00:00 h.

4th step:

The distributor moves to the calculated bottle position (according to our example
bottle No. 5)

5th step:

The sample extraction is started with this bottle.

According to our example, the sample extraction would be started at 8:30 h with bottle No. 5.
Bottle No. 5 would be filled for further 1,5 hours.
