OUT3 = *ALM
(No servo-on signal output)
1 : OUT2 = SV
OUT3 = *ALM
2 : OUT2 = HEND
OUT3 = SV
• For Operation Patterns 3 and 4,
select from the combinations 0 and 1
below.
