Functions Assignable to the Control Ring
Functions you can assign to the control ring vary depending on shooting
mode, and those assignments determine which functions you can assign to
the control dial.

• When you assign [ ], [ ], [ ], [@], or [ ] to the <y> ring, the functions you
can assign to the < 7> dial are the same as for [ ].
* Tv and Av settings can be toggled by pressing the < o> button.
• Icons labeled with [ ] indicate that the function is not available in the
current shooting mode or under current function conditions.
• The < y> ring can be used for step zooming in <A>, <K>, or movie
mode ( = 106).
