Customizing Sounds
Customize camera operating sounds as follows.
z z Choose [Sound Options], and then press
the < m> button.
z z Choose an item, and then press the
< q><r> buttons to choose an option.

software.
• The default shutter sound is used in [ ] mode ( = 158), regardless of any
changes to [Shutter Sound].
Hiding Hints and Tips
Hints and tips are normally shown when you choose FUNC. menu
(
= 89) or Menu (= 91) items. If you prefer, you can deactivate this
information.
z z Choose [Hints & Tips], and then choose
[Off].
