• Compare the limit values in these operating instructions with those of your application (e.g. forces,
torques, temperatures, masses, speeds).
Operation of the product in compliance with the relevant safety regulations is contingent on adher-
ence to the load limits.
• Take the tolerance of the tightening torques into account. Unless otherwise specified,
the tolerance is ±20 %.
5 Installation
5.1 Mechanical assembly
• Do not modify the screws and threaded pins if not directly
requested to do so in these operating instructions.
• Mount the motor on the electric cylinder using the motor
mounting kit recommended in the catalogue
( the kit's assembly instructions).

Installing the product:
Note
If an EAGF guide unit is used:
• Fasten the mounting hardware for the proximity sensors outside the mounting area.
• Make sure that the device is installed free of distortion and
deflection.
• Provide additional mounting points (e.g. profile mounting
attachments).
• Position the ESBF in such a way that all of the operating
elements are accessible and the pressure compensation
opening 4 is not covered.
• Secure the ESBF with the mounting accessories
( 10 Accessories).
• Tighten the screws evenly.
