Syntax error or communication error may get no re-
sponse.
! delimiter for valid command
? delimiter for invalid command
AA address of response module(00 to FF)
(Data) Name of module
Example :
Command : $01M Receive : !017018
Read address 01 module name, return name 7018.
Command : $03M Receive : !037011D
Read address 03 module name, return name 7011D.
