3. A parameter mismatch message window appears. Disregard and click OK. After saving your parameter

changes, the mismatch is resolved the next time the Station Manager application is opened.

4. On the toolbar, select an access level of Configuration.

5. On the Tools menu, select the Calculation Editor.

6. In the left pane, click Ch 1 External Command.

You can copy the text in the next step from the PDF of this document and paste it in the Calculation
Editor entry tab.

7. Enter the following text into the Calculation Editor entry tab:

"output0" = 2.0*sin("Time"*2.0*pi());

8. Click Apply and observe the response. If the calculation is valid, “Success” appears below the entry tab.

If the calculation is not valid, “Error” appears. If the calculation is not valid, check your entry and click
Apply.

9. Close the Calculation Editor.

10. On the Station Manager File menu, click Save Parameters.

5.3.5.0 Setting Station Manager Application Command Options

This task assigns ramp and taper transition times for command behaviors with the Station Manager application.
You assign the command behaviors to which these settings apply later with the MPE application. When you
run the test and apply simulated external commands to your station, these settings affect transition times for
start, stop, hold, and resume operations.

1. In the Station Manager application main window, click Tools > Channel Options > Command Options.

2. Enter the following values as necessary.
