Four (4) clearance holes are provided in the control panel for
mounting. The holes are 5.5 mm (0.219 in.) in diameter and are
suitable for M6 (1/4-20) self-tapping fasteners. See Figure 6.2 for the
control panel dimensions.
1) Mount the control panel in a suitable location that is isolated from
medium voltage components. Be aware that the control plug wiring
harness is 10 ft. (3 meters) in length. Ensure that the wiring harness
route still allows for a proper connection to the contactor control
plug.
A T T E N T I O N A T T E N T I O N Do not mount the control panel in the same
compartment as high voltage components. Low
voltage components must be electrically isolated
from high voltage components to ensure access
is available when the unit is energized. Failure to
do so may result in severe burns, injury or death.
