Create the Routing Table in RSLinx Software
These are the routing tables needed for the example configuration.
This is the routing table for the
1756-DHRIO module.
In this example, the:
• SLC 5/04 controller is on the
DH+ network.
• SLC 5/04 controller is node
10 octal.
• SLC 5/04 controller connects
to a 1756-DHRIO module at
node 56 octal or 46 decimal.
• connection is on Channel B of
the 1756-DHRIO.
• SLC 5/04 controller sends a
remote message to the SLC
5/03 controller that is on a
DH485 network. The SLC
5/03 controller is located at
node 1.
• SLC 5/03 controller is
connected to Channel A of
the 1756-DH85 module.
• 1756-DHRIO module is in
slot 8 of the 1756 rack and is
in the same rack is a
1756-DH485 module. The
1756-DH485 module is in slot
14.
