1 = Loop 5 enabled if PID control mode selected (bits 7-8, word 2, config block).

0 = Loop 5 is in the manual mode Ċ the manual output value (from word 21) is used as the CV value.

1 = Loop 5 is in the automatic mode Ċ the PID algorithm generates the CV value.

0 = Select the standbyĆtemperature setĆpoint value from word 19.
