Installation complete
After the FactoryTalk View SE software finishes installing, the Setup Complete dialog
box opens.
To proceed directly to activation of the installed components, click Finish. You can also
clear the check box for Activate products using FactoryTalk Activation to finish
without activation. See “Activating FactoryTalk View software” on page 55.
After you click Finish, you will be prompted to restart the computer. Click Yes to reboot
the computer. Click No to exit the popup.
Installing SE clients in a distributed system
In a distributed system, after installing the server computer with the client install portal
feature, you can install SE clients through the web browser.
To install the SE Client application:
1. On the client computer, open Internet Explorer.
2. In the Address field of Internet Explorer, type the following addess:
