9 Switch injection valve to "FILL" position
Ÿ Click on the
button of the 792 icon in the system
window to switch the injection valve to the "FILL" position. At
the same time, the suppressor module is switched to the next
position.
10 Fill sample loop
Ÿ Immerse the aspirating tubing 23
23 23 23 in the standard solution.
Ÿ Using the syringe fixed to syringe tubing 25
25 25 25, siphon in ca.
1 mL standard solution.
11 Switch injection valve to "INJECT" position
Ÿ Click on the
button of the 792 icon in the system
window to switch the injection valve to the "INJECT" position.
At the same time, the data recording is started automatically.
The status bar of the chromatogram window shows the mes-
sage Measure , the SYSTEM STATE window shows the message
INJECT done [792COM#] .
Ÿ When the analysis time of 16 min set in the method has
expired, the recorded chromatogram is automatically evalu-
ated and stored. The chromatogram window then closes.
12 Open chromatogram
Ÿ Click on or File / Open / Chromatogram in the main win-
dow. Select the chromatogram file
*.chw
just recorded and
click on <OK> . The chromatogram window is opened where
the found peaks are numbered and the baselines are drawn
in.
