Read the low alarm limit at specified analog input module.

Data format is engineering units. (an + or - sign with
five decimal digits and a decimal fixed point.

Read the low alarm limit value at address 06H, its value is
-0.3850 Volts, presume this module is configured to accept
1 Volts input.
