POWER REQUEST
The PWR request allows the user to turn the monitor on or off.

PWR <"ON"|"OFF"><cr>
Where:
PWR request header
"ON"
= Turns AC receptacles and AUX relay output on.
"OFF"
= Turns AC receptacles and AUX relay output off.
