RELAY REQUEST
The RLY request allows the user to turn the relay on or off. This is functionally equivalent to the PWR
request.

RLY <"ON"|"OFF"><cr>
Where:
RLY request header
"ON"
= Turns AC receptacles and AUX relay output on.
"OFF"
= Turns AC receptacles and AUX relay output off.
