If you have technical problems concerning our products, contact the SMA Service Line.
We require the following information in order to provide you with the necessary assistance:
• For inverters with integrated Webconnect function:
– Inverter type and serial number of the inverter (see type label of the inverter)
– If possible: firmware version of the inverter (see Sunny Explorer)
• For inverters with retrofitted Webconnect function:
– PIC of the Speedwire/Webconnect interface (see inverter type label or sticker near the type
label)
– Inverter type and serial number of the inverter (see type label of the inverter)
– If possible: firmware version of the inverter (see Sunny Explorer)
• Quantity and type of all inverters
• Error description
