05xx Cause of error
The power frequency is not within the permissible range.
Error message 0502
< Grid frequency disturbance min >
– Power frequency is too low. Grid frequency from standard monitoring
detected.
Error message 0503
< Grid frequency disturbance max >
– Power frequency is too high. Grid frequency from standard monitoring
detected.
Error message 0504
< Grid frequency disturbance min >
– Power frequency is too low. Grid frequency disturbance from redundant
monitoring detected.
Error message 0505

– Power frequency is too high. Grid frequency disturbance from redundant
monitoring detected.
Measure
< Check power frequency >
– Check power frequency.
– Check the display of the grid monitoring relay.
– Check the fuses in the load circuit.
0801 Error message
< Grid failure >
– A power distribution grid phase has failed.
Measure
< Check grid fuses >
– Check the grid voltage.
– Make sure the external fuses are working properly.
– Make sure the AC cable is connected securely.
