Item Description
Hold Job Timeout Specifies the length of time until print jobs saved on the hard disk are deleted. If
Disable is selected, print jobs are not deleted at a specific time.
Choices: Disabled, One Hour, Four Hours, One Day, One Week
Default: Disabled
Configuration Menu Equivalent:

Note:
This menu item appears only if an optional hard disk drive is installed.
Sleep Time Specifies the length of time until the machine enters Energy Saver mode.
Choices: 3 - 120 Minutes
Default: 15 Minutes

Grayscale Page Specify the operation to be performed for black-and-white pages in a job
specified for color printing.
If Auto is selected, the printer determines whether the data is color or
black-and-white before printing it.
If Grayscale Print is selected, black-and-white printing is automatically
performed depending on each page. It may decrease the printing speed in some
cases, but it reduces the consumption of the color toner cartridges and
photoconductor unit.
If Color Print is selected, color printing is performed, even for a black-and-white
page.
Choices: Auto, Grayscale Print, Color Print
Default: Auto
Configuration Menu Equivalent:

Job Log Select whether or not the Job Log function is used.
Choices: Enable, Disable
Default: Disable
Note:
This menu item appears only if an optional hard disk drive is installed.
Hide Personal Information Select whether or not the File Name column in the Job tab remains blank.
Choices: On, Off
Default: Off
Apply button Applies the configuration settings for this window.
