Password Type in the password used for POP3 server.
Range: Up to 15 characters

Port Number Specify the port number used for communicating with the SMTP server.
Range: 1 to 65535

POP3 Timeout Select the amount of time (in seconds) until the connection with the POP3 server
times out.

Authentication If Enable is selected, SMTP server authentication is enabled.

User Name Type in the user name used for authentication with SMTP Authentication.
Range: Up to 63 characters
Password Type in the password used for authentication with SMTP authentication.
Range: Up to 128 characters
Realm Specify the realm used with Digest-MD5 authentication.
Range: Up to 255 characters
Apply button Applies the configuration settings for this window.
Clear button Resets all configuration settings to previous values.
Note:
Use alphanumeric characters (including some symbols) for the Sender Name and Default Subject. Using
other characters will corrupt the characters for the E-mail destination. For details on characters that can
be entered, refer to the Printer/Copier/Scanner User’s Guide.
