Making a call from the call log

Open

Dialer.

Slide the list up and down to view all calls. Touch the name or number of the person that you

want to call. If your device has dual SIM support, touch

to make a call.

Calling contacts when the screen is off

Call people when the screen is switched off.

Open

Dialer.

Touch

> Settings > Quick calling and switch on Quick calling.

Press and hold the volume down button for one second when the screen is off. When you hear
the alert sound, release the volume down button and say the name of the contact you want to
call. The device will dial their number.



Making RCS calls

RCS (Rich Communication Suite) provides a range of enhanced communication services
including phonebook services, voice calls, instant messaging, and file sharing.

Before making an RCS call, check that you and the recipient have enabled RCS and
logged in to your RCS accounts.

l

This feature may not be supported by all carriers.

Open

Dialer.

Touch

> Settings > Call+, and then turn on the Rich communications switch.

Open the dialer and enter the number you want to call, or open

Contacts and select the

desired contact.
