1.7.2 Removal and reinstallation of the front cover
CAUTION
Before removing or installing the front cover, turn off the power and wait for 15
minutes or more until the charge lamp turns off. Then, confirm that the voltage
between P and N is safe with a voltage tester and others. Otherwise, an electric
shock may occur. In addition, always confirm from the front of the servo amplifier
whether the charge lamp is off or not.
(1) For MR-J2S-350A or less

1) Hold down the removing knob.
2) Pull the front cover toward you. 1) Insert the front cover hooks into the front cover sockets of
the servo amplifier.
2) Press the front cover against the servo amplifier until the
removing knob clicks.
(2) For MR-J2S-500A

1) Hold down the removing knob.
2) Pull the front cover toward you. 1) Insert the front cover hooks into the front cover sockets of
the servo amplifier.
2) Press the front cover against the servo amplifier until the
removing knob clicks.
