Get Object Data
Function
This command is used to get the binary data of an
object.
Explicit Form
!OBJECT UPLOAD location id
location
Memory location to store the defined
variable. The following memory
areas are available:
0 – Volatile Ram
3 – Nonvolatile Ram (Flash)
Parameters
id
Stored object identifier assigned
when the object was first stored.
Comments
This command can be used to get an object out of
one printer, and then download the object and use it
in another printer.
This command does not require a header line, but
must be followed by a line feed (or carriage return
and line feed). Do not use any other commands with
!OBJECT UPLOAD
.
Example
This will send the binary data for the Ultrafont B in
Volatile Ram to the current communication port.
!OBJECT UPLOAD 0 uffontb
