Configuring Aastra IP Phone Accounts
When you enable the private extension feature for a User or Administrator, “(private)” displays in the
User List page in the “Account Type” column.
In the above example, extension 201 is enabled as “private extension” and does not display in the
Corporate directory as shown below. The Corporate Directory is located at
My Phone->Directory->Corporate.
