Description

Copy a specified file in NVRAM to another specified file in NVRAM.

Syntax

Sample Output

The following example shows the copy <source filename>
<dest filename>
command.

# copy ripcfg.txt test.txt

Copied file '/NVRAM/ripcfg.txt' to file '/

NVRAM/test.txt'

To Enable:

copy <source filename> <dest filename>

Name

Definition

source filename

The name of the source file in NVRAM. It must
be an ASCII script file, with a 1-8 letter base
filename, and file extension of ".txt"

dest filename

The name of the destination file in NVRAM. It
must be an ASCII script file, with a 1-8 letter
base filename, and file extension of ".txt"
