Command Mode

Configuration

Description

Sets the input or output buffer priority threshold for a fabric
port. The default value for the priority threshold is 4.

Syntax

Sample Output

The following example sets the buffer priority threshold
ratio for fabric port 4/1 to 5.

(configure)# set buffering fabric-port 4/1 routing

output pri-threshold 5

Buffers for fabric-port 4/1 set.

set buffering fabric-port <fabric-port-spec>
[routing] {input | output} pri-threshold {1 | 2 | 3 |
4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | all-frames-normal-priority}

fabric-port-spec

Enter a particular fabric port or a range of fabric ports on
a module.

routing

Set the routing buffer parameters.

input|output

Input or output buffering.

pri-threshold

The priority threshold ranges are:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or all-frames-normal-priority
