26. STATISTICAL QUALITY CONTROL - SQC

Working mode <

Statistical Quality Control > is intended to carrying out

different types of product packing processes and aimed at monitoring and / or

controlling the packing process. It enables detecting excess or lack of product

quantity in a packaging.

If the samples are weighed, and the results are stored in the database ,then the

software enables carrying out a trend, and displaying them in a form of a chart.

The software provides the possibility of controlling a batch comprising up to

1000 samples.

Each completed control process is saved in the SQC database, and its results are

ready for previewing in an optional moment. Each series has a determined set of

parameters that are stored in the database: maximum, minimum, standard

deviation and average value for each batch, etc.

SQC control process can be carried out manually (by pressing <PRINT> button

for each measurement) or automatically (the measurements are saved

automatically after stability of indication for each measured sample).

The balances feature an implemented module for statistical control processes. It

is supported by a database containing list of products with error values <–T1>

and <+T1> declared for each product.

The control process is initiated automatically and completed on controlling a

required quantity of samples, which is determined by the user in the SQC mode

settings.

After completing the control process the balance enables generating a final

report containing all required data on the control. The report is printed on a

connected printer. Data on a control is also automatically saved in the Database

of SQC Reports.

Control cycle runs in accordance with the following schema:

Selecting a user,

Selecting a product,

Control start,

Acquiring weighing records,

Automatic finish of control process after weighing required quantity of

samples (a batch),

Printing a report on control process.
