2.9 Detector
The 844 UV/VIS Compact IC is equipped with UV/VIS detector. The
eluent (and the sample) are led through a measuring cell (flow-through
cell 42/62) and measured spectroscopically. The available light
sources are a UV (deuterium) lamp and a VIS (halogen) lamp.
2.9.1 Installing the flow-through cell
With the 2.844.0030 und 2.844.0130, the flow-through cell is already
pre-installed!

42/62 proceed as follows:
1 Remove blank cover
• Optical bank 129 is delivered with a blank cover. This should
be removed.
