Configuring Apple iOS Wi-Fi Settings
In order for the CL-WiFi application to communicate with the 788T, a device-to-device (ad-hoc) net-
work connection must be established between the CL-WIFI and the Apple iOS device.
1. Make certain the the CL-WIFI interface is connected to the 788T, confi gured, powered on, and
within range. see Connecting the CL-WIFI and Confi guring the CL-WIFI .
2. Enter the iOS Sett ings screen and then touch the Wi-Fi butt on to confi gure the device’s wire-
less sett ings.
3. If Wi-Fi is set to “Off ”, touch the butt on to turn it on and wait for a list of available Wi-Fi ac-
cess points.
4. Touch the access point in the list that has the SSID of the CL-WIFI interface. If no WEP se-
curity has been enabled on the CL-WIFI, skip to step 5. If WEP security has been enabled on
the CL-WIFI, you will be prompted for the 10-character passphrase that was entered when
confi guring the CL-WIFI. See
